I've always been fascinated with stalker. When I was younger the box art looked so cool, but also too scary so I never pursued them. Once I was older, I played the first Metro game on xbox. It was cool and the melancholic, bleak apocalypse written by Russian authors was inspiring. Metro piqued my interest to a new level and I searched out ways to play any game in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series on a pc. Anomaly met my sandbox-loving sensibilities and I've enjoyed a lot of time in it. I love trying to find comfort in these dismal games.
